Staff shortages - delays possible Posted or Updated on 6 Oct 2022

We are currently experiencing high levels of staff absence but we are trying our best to keep the surgery open for our patients.  This may mean you have to wait longer than usual.  We may need to give you the paper prescription to take to a chemist so please allow plenty of time when ordering your repeats.  Please be courteous to our staff, they are working extremely hard and a kind word can make it all worthwhile.  Early mornings are always our busiest time so if you do not need a same day consultation, try calling after 10:00 when the phone lines are less busy.

We cannot help to get you lateral flow tests or book covid booster vaccinations.
