We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice and encourage feedback (good or bad) from patients to help us improve our service to you.
However, sometimes things don't quite go as well as we would like, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is the case, we would like to know about it so we can try to put things right as quickly, and as amicably, as possible and to help improve our service to you.
If you feel you would like to make a complaint you can do so verbally or in writing. You can use our complaint form, ring or write us a letter.

The Patient Advice and Liason Service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support and information on health related matters. They provide a point of contact for patients, their families and their carers. They can be contacted on 0800 032 1107. They can give you more information about the NHS complaints procedure.

All submissions are collated and sent to NHS England.
