The staff of the Medical Centre are there to help you. Please be patient when they are busy. Should you have any queries or suggestions about non-medical aspects of your care, please ask to speak to the practice manager.
We have always welcomed suggestions for improvement of our service. If you have a complaint about a specific episode we would like to hear about it, via our practice manager. If you are pleased with the service, we would also like to know!
