Hodnet Medical Centre is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
You can order repeat prescriptions, view, book and cancel appointments using this online service. When ordering repeat medication on line we require at least 3 working days notice. Please note Thursday afternoon is half day so does not class as a whole working day. Requests are usually processed at 10am and 4pm, therefore if you place your online order after 4pm this will be processed at 10am the next day which is when the 3 working days will begin. There may be occasions when we are unable to have your prescription ready within 3 working days due to unforeseen absences or delays with orders being received.
To use Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you. You will have to come in to the practice for this as we will also need a form of photo ID in most cases
All data contained within Patient Access is protected using the highest standard internet security so you can be sure all your personal information is safe and secure.
Once you enter the Patient Access website you will be entering a secure area which is hosted by EMIS and is accessed via a https link.
